Breakfast bread

Just wanted to share a great bread recipe that I got from Candy's website at www.keepingthehome.com It is a great breakfast bread and very easy to make.

In a medium to large mixing bowl, combine all of the following ingredients:

- 1 cup whole wheat sourdough starter

- 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

- 3 omega 3 eggs

- 1/2 cup pure, raw honey

- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 1/4 teaspoons aluminum free baking powder

- 1 teaspoon real vanilla extract

- 2 cups whole wheat flour (Gold Medal or better, but not Hodgson Mill)

Mix all of the above ingredients together, and then pour the thick, sticky batter into a greased bread loaf pan, and bake at 350 for 55 minutes.

TWEAKS: I added Reece's peanut butter chips and used unbleached whole white wheat flour. I used King Aurthur's flour and it turned out great! Thanks again to Candy for a great recipe.
